ERGO 320R / 325R sets
ERGO bipolar – the standard for laparoscopy
ERGO bipolar is the new BOWA 5 mm instrument system. The bipolar coagulation forceps have a modular structure for optimal reprocessing. A range of working lengths and a large selection of jaw inserts mean the system is suitable for use in a diverse range of applications.
- Intended use:
- The ERGO 320R/325R/335R and ERGO 330R coagulation instruments with cutting mechanism are intended for use in minimally invasive surgery, in particular laparoscopy. They are inserted through a trocar sleeve provided for that purpose. The ERGO 320R/325R/335R can be used for preparing, grasping or cutting tissue. The ERGO 330R can be used for grasping, compressing or coagulating tissue and subsequent mechanical cutting using the blade intended for that purpose. Coagulation is effected by electrical energy produced by RF generators for electrosurgery. The instrument is connected through an appropriate bipolar cable to the bipolar output of an RF generator. Bipolar coagulation current can be used in a targeted manner where indicated.
