Europe/BerlinRight colon – Step by step for an intra-abdominal anastomosis
Laparoscopic intracorporeal anastomosis have been performed and described
for a long time now. Systematically used in bariatric surgery they are not
routinely performed in colorectal surgery apart from the full mechanical
circular colorectal anastomoses. Intracorporeal fully manual/ semi or full
mechanical linear/ circular anastomoses all have pros and cons compared to an
extra-corporeal approach. It is although undeniable that intracorporeal
anastomoses is an important tool in a laparoscopic surgeon’s toolbox. The
purpose of this webinar is to present ways to perform upper G-I and lower G-I
intracorporeal laparoscopic anastomoses in a reproductible, teachable and safe
way.
During the livestream, you will get the chance to ask questions via the
Q&A section.
We look forward to your participation.
